WHAT IS...

HOT YOGA
Hot JoeGa classes are practised at temperatures around 36-40 degrees.
An energising & invigorating 60 minute class that uses a set format of 26 postures designed to work 100% of your body - every muscle, gland and system you have! Promoting detoxification, healing and strength building leaving you feeling awesome!
Modifications and options are provided throughout the class so all levels and abilities are welcome.
Beginners practice along side more experienced yogis so even if you've never set foot in the Shala before, you can give this class a try!

Hot Mellow JoeGa Fusion
A blend of both Yin and Yang Yoga held in the studio at temperatures between 30-34 degrees.
A soothing more fluid 60 minute class that is split into two 30 minute sections so blends a sequenced vinyasa practice, which combines power and strength with a restorative 30 minute floor section that promotes softness and ease concentrating on gentle stretching, hip opening and breathing to bring balance to the body with easy-going, relaxing postures.
In this class we join the breath with each movement in a contrived and gentle way to help lower any stress and make you feel like you have been wrapped in cotton wool.
This class will challenge, cleanse and refresh you; preparing you for a good night sleep. At 30-34 degrees, you will sweat more than usual, helping to shift stagnant energy.
Expect to leave feeling calm and centred and ready for whatever life throws at you.
Suitable for all levels and those new to yoga

HATHA YOGA
Most forms of yoga in the West can be classified as Hatha Yoga.
Hatha simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures, meaning your
Ashtanga, vinyasa, Iyengar and Power Yoga classes are all Hatha Yoga.
The word “hatha” can be translated two ways: as willful/forceful,
the yoga of activity, or as sun (ha) and moon (tha), the yoga of balance.
Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation.

"truth is my identity." The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.
PILATES
Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on
core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing.
Pilates exercises are done on a mat.
Pilates has something to offer people of all ages and levels of ability and fitness, from beginners to elite athletes. The apparatus can be used to provide support for beginners and people with certain medical conditions, as well as resistance for people looking to challenge their body. Before starting any exercise programme, it's advisable to seek advice from your GP or a health professional if you have any health concerns, such as a health condition or an injury.
PiYo LIVE
Combines the muscle-sculpting, core strengthening benefits of Pilates with the
strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements.
